I have lived here several months and have enjoyed my stay here. The property managers have been excellent, maintenance is very good. The walls are thick and the building is quiet. The dog park is a fantastic amenity for those with pets, and it is close to the Grant Wood trail. Parking is available and there is a community room good for remote work. The gym is always clean. Overall I am so happy I decided to live here.
