Absolutely no complaints about the Linz from us. We’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been great. Elaine gave us our tour and made sure to answer all our questions and even helped make sure the apartment we picked was right for us in terms of a view and floor. The dog park is nice with two benches, a light at the gate and has excellent visibility from any angle. The maintenance team is very professional and quick to respond to issues, as they arise. I’ve talked to Chris several times and Dennis Lopez came by today to replace our refrigerator air and water filters. If something needs to be ordered, they let you know and keep you updated when parts arrive. We are very happy here and want to thank the team for all their hard work.

We live at Linz Holly Springs Apartments for almost a year now. All the staff are very nice. What I like the most is the respect Dennis and Chris the maintenance employees have when entering my apartment and I’m certain other tenants feel the same. This is a very big complex and they work very hard in a timely manner that they respond to the request of the tenants. Maintenance workers are often overlooked and are very vital to the reputations of the management and corporate office. I never heard them complain about the how much work they have to do and believe me there’s only 4 maintenance staff for this complex and they do a great job working as a team and individually because it shows with the cleanliness of the complex. I would hope corporate management would see this and acknowledge the good work they do. Howie & Phillipa
