Residents at Mulberry Pointe can enjoy 24/7 access to our on-site fitness center free of charge! Garages may also be available for rent at an additional charge. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Residents pay Electric and Gas through MidAmerican Energy; and Water/Sewer through the City of Bondurant in addition to their rent. A stackable washer and dryer set is included in every apartment home as well as individual water heaters and central heat/air conditioning. Cat-friendly-No more than 2 cats weighing 40lbs or less each. Initial pet fee ($300 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo per pet) apply. There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
