The property manager Kat is great, super helpful and understanding. Tony the maintenance man great at his job, he's quick and efficient overall great staff and a great place to live.

I am in grad school at Texas A&M University Texarkana and when I realized the gravity of my final three semesters I decided to move closer. I called the manager at Glenn Acres, her name being is Kat, and asked if they had anything available. She asked me what I needed and I told her a bath tub that would fit and cover all of this that I am. Regardless I went there that Friday at 4pm. The next Friday I signed my lease, packed on Saturday, moved on Sunday and the rest is history. The experience has been pleasant. When I took the final tour before signing the maintenance gentlemen Richard and Tony had just finished their work. The space is exactly what I need. Enough space for me and my support pets, a healthy amount of silence to foster academic success, and I’m 10 minutes from work, school, and my practicum location. I’m excited about what this experience holds.
