Here’s my experience I was only able to live here a few months out of my lease due to the snake that I saw go into the wall at my apartment, no one could find it to get it out apparently but I wasn’t comfortable staying there after. Also every time the people upstairs had a spill or their dog has an accident on the floor, it dripped and leaked straight into mine. The shower seal was completely taken over in mold because it wasn’t done correctly, letting water leak into the cracks of the floor making the whole place smell like mold. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING, for some reason the tenant before me had a kitchen mat that was glued to the ground when I first moved in. They told me someone would come in to scrape it up for me, it’s the end of my lease now and they have charged me for a few “hours of labor” to get it up and the person who told me that doesn’t exist. These are just the main things that happened, it’s not worth the stress.
