Jessie and Tanya are truly remarkable. They made the application process smooth, reassuring, and were extremely helpful. Both of them went above and beyond for me throughout the entirety of moving in and continue to go above and beyond each week with anything I may need. Moving from out of state, Jessie made the welcome extremely warm, as she is a local resident.sharing fun places to check out and what developments have been recently made. I can't stress enough how much their kindness has meant to me as a renter. Prior to move in, they allowed me to ship larger items and the girls made sure the delivery drivers delivered it right to my door (3rd floor unit). They girls even made sure to put my items inside the apartment. Another example of them going above and beyond would be on my move in day. They made sure the apartment was cleaned and all ready to go for my move in appointment. Jessie also helped me move some items in while her and I were doing our "walkthrough ". The front office staff keeps me included in activities the community hosts and does a wonderful job keeping Greenmount as beautiful as it is. The front office team sure do know their residents and truly are one of a kind. Thank you Jessie and Tanya for everything you have done for me! I can't recommend this community enough. The property is kept so clean and the neighbors are friendly and considerate. I love calling Greenmount Home!

We attended a party at Green Mount Lakes and the facilities were great! You can tell this property is kept clean and the staff is amazing. It is also kid friendly. If I didn’t own a home this is where I would live.
