I went into the apartments and was completely honest about my background (I have an eviction that I’m suing for wrongful eviction. my court is scheduled Jan 9th) anyways, I told Lily “i have an eviction from this date my court to get it removed is this date blah blah” and Lily said “shouldn’t be a problem, you don’t get a refund for doing the app though just so you know” and I stupidly said “oh no I know” because when she said “shouldn’t be a problem” I thought she meant she would overlook the eviction I had. Well I don’t hear back for a few days she declines my call so I text her and she says “oh it didn’t get accepted because it looks like you have an eviction on your background” UHHH duh lady I told you that that’s not a shock to you. But I let it be. Now she’s commenting on my rating asking why I changed it & oh just because you stole my money knowing you wouldn’t accept my app. You aren’t an honest person you’re gross. I finally got a look at the inside from a friend that lives there & it is SO GROSS. My poor friend was telling me about the roaches & rat problem her and her two neighbors had and they weren’t getting help to fix the problem so they all three fixed it themselves paid all that money to get rid of them. And told me about how her AC that she pays extra for never works in the hot months & it’s never fixed or handled. God always has a reason and I’m so glad I went with the palladium apartments. They were honest and said I might not get approved but I had the paperwork I needed for my court and the receipts I had that I paid the previous owner everything I was owed and got into those apartments instead 🙂 honesty is everything Lily that’s a huge part of why your ugly lil apartments have a 1.8 rating 🤢 thanks for asking why I put the rating I did now you get a whole review 🙂 UPDATE: no sweetheart I’m not mad that I wasn’t approved I’m mad that I told you exactly what you would find on my background and you knew for a fact it wouldn’t go through & yet still took my money and then decided days later when I asked you questions you said “looks like you have an eviction” as if I hadn’t already told you that. Have y’all heard of the palladium’s??? VERY nice apartments, very sweet and honest ladies & income based! They work with you SO WELL. I do not recommend wasting your money here, Lily you have a lot to say over these reviews trying to check somebody; play with someone else. Have a nice year “running” the run down apartments. That you refuse to fix or spray as you’re supposed to. There’s a huge reason your apartments are the most poorly rated ones in midland I wish I would’ve come to the reviews BEFORE I went into apply. Would’ve saved me a whole wasted hour & my little $50. Lol
