Meadowood Village Apartments are located on the East side of Terre Haute. The complex is on the west side of Fruitridge Avenue, just south of Deming Park. The site resides in a peaceful, park-like setting with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. There is little traffic, low noise. and easy, spacious parking. Each apartment with a fenced-in private patio, is grouped in a separate building of 4 units, The East side of Terre Haute, is nearby Deming Park, Meijer's, Walmart, Baesler's, The Meadows Shopping Center, gas and banking. Access to I-70 and US-41 is close by, as well as Hulman Field. Close to Garfield High School, Rose Hulman, and ISU, it is convenient for students. Meadowood Village Apartments was built by The Francis Family, who have owned and operated it for decades with pride. This is a non-smoking facility. Our property is clean and well maintained.
