Melanie is the best, very kind and fair. Apartments are brand new and clean. Great area to live in, super convenient location especially for the price. Maintenance responds so fast and timely. Pool and hot tub are great. Loved living here while I did❤️

I moved into Seaglass at Rehoboth on 6/16/23. There was a severe thunderstorm at the time and water started coming into my unit. I called Melanie, the site manager and the emergency number. I was contacted immediately by Melanie and had the maintenance specialist Moni at my door within minutes. She was accompanied by a member of the construction crew. They did the emergent assessment, then Moni returned after the storm with Brian the construction supervisor. They fixed my porch door and I have not had an issue since then. I at later date I had an issue with the washing machine and Moni was there within 24 hrs. to repair the problem. Melanie the site manager, has been wonderful. She is professional, respectful and very responsive to all inquiries, responding within 24 hrs. She coordinates and follows the jobs through to completion. Moni the maintenance specialist, was reassuring during the emergency, kind and very professional. She is enthusiastic, very knowledgeable about her craft and exudes joy when she works. I highly recommend Seaglass at Rehoboth. Ann
