This is one of THE best apartment complexes in altus. If you ever have apartment issue's. Maintenance LITERALLY drives up to your apartment in a huge dodge RAM. They are extremely pet friendly AND *if its security that you're worried about* Apple creek is LITERALLY right across the street from the Junior high, so at LEAST theres cops and security near by during the work week.
