This is one of THE best apartment complexes in altus. If you ever have apartment issue's. Maintenance LITERALLY drives up to your apartment in a huge dodge RAM. They are extremely pet friendly AND *if its security that you're worried about* Apple creek is LITERALLY right across the street from the Junior high, so at LEAST theres cops and security near by during the work week.

Apple Creek is one of the best apartments in Altus! The staff is amazing and apartments are really nice. Rhonda the manager, is super nice! You can tell they really care about their residents and their community.

Very pleasant place to live. Any problems with the apartment have been addressed promptly. (which is very big for me) the staff have been very nice as well, Emily has worked with me through my stay here and I thank her so much for that. The maintenance guys are professional and they actually communicate with the tenants! I will soon be moving into a 3 bedroom home, Apple Creek has been a great stepping stone for me and my family and I appreciate what they do.

I have lived here a year and I really like it. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have done a lot of work to improve it while I've lived here (new siding, roofs, and balconies on most of the buildings). I have lived in an updated lower 1 bedroom and an upper level 2 bed, 2 bath (with a fireplace!). Both were nice and in good condition. Any issues were promptly resolved and I was happy to live somewhere that nothing major went wrong. :) parking is a little competitive on the side I live, but not bad. For the service you get from the staff and the quality of living space, I don't think there's a nicer place in Altus at this price point... It's not a loud party complex and I don't hear hardly anything from my neighbors.

This place is very nice. Very spacious. The appartment in which I stay has two bedrooms and each bedroom had a private bathroom. You have a pool, laundry room, small playground, and a small weight room. Management is very friendly and kind. The neighbors are also friendly. What more could you ask for....

Great place to live. Pet friendly, and most of all military friendly. Very reasonable, and the staff is great. I couldn't speak higher of it. If you're just moving here for the military this is a safe great bet.
