Our clubhouse is the heart of community activity, with a 24-hour fitness facility, game lounge, as well as a designated package acceptance room.

I LOVE living at Old Town Lofts. I am currently a resident, and I must say, this place checks every box. Holly is easily the very best property manager I've ever worked with (always been a renter and I'm in my thirties). She is kind, professional, helpful and approachable. She's always willing to lend a hand, or have a nice conversation, and she's always surprising residents with monthly contests, community get-togethers and promos. You can tell she really gives her heart to this community! As far as the property, it is very well kept, clean, stylish, and super modern. Anytime you have any kind of maintenance request, the response is almost instantaneous. I'm always proud to show off my gorgeous loft with floor to ceiling windows throughout! Lastly, Location location location!!!! We literally watched the Christmas parade from our living room windows this past Christmas! It's so nice to walk right out the door and have restaurants and shopping just feet away! Definitely an A++ !!

Recently just moved into the Old Town Lofts and it has been nothing but an amazing experience😁 I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Holly the property manager! She made the process of moving into the lofts so easy. She’s very good at what she does by being very welcoming, fun, and personable. 100% recommend moving here if you get the chance.
