Spacious living room and bedroom, as well as plentiful windows for natural light. The kitchen features a gas range and full-size range. Plenty of space for a table. This apartment is non-smoking, and renter's insurance is required. All utilities are included in the rent! One pet is welcome with a non refundable $300 pet fee and increased monthly rent of $50 for a dog or $35 for a cat. (small cat/ small dog) Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Monthly income should exceed $3,285 and credit score should be above 630 with no past due balances / collection items. Email is the best form of contact.
