As reading the reviews below I can feel for those individuals as I moved from a property in which construction wasn’t an issue but property management was. Once applying i received timely approval, welcome letter and even a move in date. It’s beyond refreshing to work with Kaila this young lady work on her off days and after hours just to make sure I’m okay. She consistently checked on me, even moved my move in date up due to an emergency. We need more property managers like her. As for my place everything worked during the move in. The guys who moved in the washer & dryer were funny and they made the move in process extremely easy as I’m very traumatized with the move in process. I’m not sure of the changes made during the construction but they are working. My ONLY con is we need key fobs to get into our homes. Fully relying on our cellphones to connect isn’t reliable, i noticed they are battery powered which would run dead quickly with two individuals in a home. There was a storm last night in which the power went out & i didn’t have service to connect my phone to get in. I spoke with Kaila about it and the process frustrates her the same, she advised she’s reached out but there aren’t fobs available right now. Let’s help relieve her stress please ☺️
