Rent is pretty high for what it is. When the apartment was remodeled it seemed they didn't care too much, paint splatters all around and lots of things poorly put together. Crime is insane. I've been living here for about 3 months now, my roommate and my car have been broken into. My cousins car got stolen as well. There are fences and gates all around the complex but all the gates are unlocked so it's kind of pointless. There was a shooting at the high-school so that doesn't help either. I don't feel safe living here.

The Arlington apartments are by far the most disappointing and poor excuse for a living space. The management does not care about the residents one bit and it was very apparent. I was told by Ericka that at the end of the day this is a business. I will never rent from Graf again and I highly recommend people to avoid this place, especially if you have animals. Michael, the property manager, is lazy and literally threatened residents about removing all animals and service animals. Horrible place. I would give 0 stars if possible.
