My little daughters and I have been staying here for over a year. Everything has been great! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue, which hasn't happened a lot, they have been quick to act. The portal is super easy to use too. My daughters love the pool and the gym is really nice as well. They really go out of their way with guest events, giveaways and food trucks. I laugh when I read the poor reviews and am astonished at the level of entitlement. No place is perfect and this place is BY FAR one of the nicest and most accommodating. I have had an excellent experience!

It has been an absolute pleasure staying at The Flats safe surroundings my home is simply BEAUTIFUL friendly neighbors office staff is WONDERFUL never have to wait long for maintenance to come for anything the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO LIVE ❤️
