I moved in 3 years ago and so far I have to 0 regrets. The apt is beautiful. High ceilings, new appliances, marble countertops, and ceiling fans. The staff is great, always able to answer questions via email, and I’ve only had one maintenance problem in 3 years. Water, sewer, and trash included in the rent. Never thought I would live in the city, but this place is too nice to leave.

Love, love, LOVED it here! Wish I could give it 100 stars. The apartments are so unique, really trendy. I was always bringing my friends over to show it off! On top of that, the Management is superb. I have never expected to legitimately like landlords, but they really take care of us here and are super responsive. I think I only ever needed maintenance once and he was out right away to fix the issue (minor). HUGE shoutout to Trish, Graham, Matt, Chuck, etc. If I wasn’t relocating out of the area, I would have stayed here much longer. Excited to see how the city develops around the Lofts. If you can get in here, I’d go for it. Neighbors are cool, too. 😎
