Great place to live. Although as the previous review mentioned there is no real heat and cooling in the bedroom, it's not a deal breaker for me, more a mild annoyance. I have a third floor corner with super tall ceilings and awesome natural light. Parking hasn't really been a concern. The only reason the condo people made it an issue is because apartment people were using their reserved spots. I'd recommend Caliber and this property!

Moved in when the building opened spring 2023. Very clean and nice building. Had a corner 1 bed, loved the big windows. Issue was very little to no storage, and there is no vents in the bedroom for air conditioning or heat. There’s a breezeway above the door, but no air is going through. Very stagnant in the bedroom. Moved before it got too cold, summer was very hot. Subleased to a Caliber townhouse, more expensive but worth it. Also the condo neighbors are very picky about dumpsters and parking.
