My significant other and I just moved in and so far, it has been nothing but pleasant! Even as an applicant, we were met with smiles and positive attitudes. 4 year tenant, AC in unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of summer. After 3 days of visits from maintenance to confirm the problem was chronic and not correctable, management authorized a replacement unit within 4 days.
