Nice quiet Environment, but for the price it’s not worth it everything is cheaply renovated. $1300 monthly for a one bedroom one bath NOT ONE utility included better off going elsewhere. They charge you crazy fees for no reason. Maintenance doesn’t even supply new air filters monthly for $1300 a month! & It’s always a parking issue. Always have to call the office to remind them we pay too much in rent for the outside premises to look filthy. Totally a scam and just trying find a easy way to get money and not actually properly manage an establishment and it’s also unfair people with two bedrooms are paying less WAY LESS then people with one bedrooms… Roach infested, the yard people comes and cuts the grass and does nothing else, sides of the building & people front doors full of bugs, the cameras are full of webs and bugs, the leave garbage. The amount of money we are paying maintenance should take care of that! & EVERYTIME maintenance is called not to mention it’s a FEE!
