Tenant pays the electric and Gas. 1 pet is welcome at this apartment with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and increased monthly rent of $35 for a cat and/ or $50 for a small dog. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Monthly income should exceed $3675 and credit score should be above 630. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required.
