Been at Sonoma for over 3 years and I have no complaints!! Super nice, low key neighborhood with great neighbors who mind their business. A location anyone would love as it is close to central Clarksville and near EVERYTHING lol. Everyone I’ve met for sure seems friendly. From beginning to now, I have been communicated with and any concerns I have for management , they handle in a timely manner. There was a period where they were having management issues, but Kelly has come in and done exactly whats needed to be done! She is so very nice, and willing to work with you on anything! Do not let the reviews scare you because Sonoma is getting better every year!!!! I am a witness. ☺️

My husband and I lived here for 2 1/2 years and moved out in April. The management change was a struggle at first but definitely for the best! Gated community helped me feel safe while he left for deployment, and we had a smooth transition moving. Most pleasant experience we've had thus far
