All interested parties will be required to submit a rental application with $40 application fee. Income verification and references required. Income must be 3 times monthly rent amount. Lease or Month to Month arrangements available. One year lease: $1,075 per month. Security deposit of $1,075 required. Month to Month: $1,175 per month. Security deposit of $1,175 required. $40 application fee (must pass credit and background check). Pet Policy: Pets are allowed depending on breed and pet deposit.
