This two bedroom, one bathroom townhouse in Mount Pleasant is available for rent on October 1, 2022. Adrian Court is a small, family run business. There are only six units in this two-storey building. With plenty of shops and parks nearby, we are conveniently located on the corner of East Broadway and Prince Edward Street. The address of our building is 2455 Prince Edward Street in Vancouver. This townhome is steps away from Guelf Park. It is newly painted with plenty of windows, natural light and laminate flooring. There is a kitchen, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, microwave, and double sink. The master bedroom has large windows, electric ceiling fan and a side door that opens to a deck. The second bedroom is small with a window and closet. The living room has large windows and laminate flooring. The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available to use on the bottom floor of the building. We also have a bike storage area in the same area. Transit is directly in front of the building. With a few steps, you are at Westbound E Broadway @ Prince Edward St (Stop ID: 50849) where #8 takes you Downtown and #9 to Granville Street. There is free street parking along the side of the building. Guelph Park is also next to the building. Across the street is Kingsgate Shopping Mall (www.kingsgatemall.com). There are many stores including a barber, bank, pharmacy, grocer and liquor store. Along the street you will find more restaurants and businesses including Sushi, Thai, and Nail salons. We are seeking non-smoking, long-term renters. If you do have a pet, we require an additional pet deposit and references. There is a one year minimum lease contract and the rent is $2, 500 per month.
