I lived at The Cove for 15 months and highly recommend this complex. The location can’t be beat. Karen and Evan were always very helpful and quick to respond to emails. They provided a variety of fun community activities. Any (minor) maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly. As with living in a shared community- other residents could be loud or rude in shared spaces, but living on the top floor rarely did I face unwanted noise or other disruptions.

This has been the best moving experience of my life. The moment I began my inquiry about The Cove, Karen Upchurch and Evan Hockensmith made the entire process very easy, from pictures to updates, and my walk through! Karen and Evan are very compassionate, friendly, personable and highly professional employees here at The Cove. I really do and did value their help! I am loving the entire vibe here at The Cove from the clubhouse to my apartment. It is beautiful here and everyone I have met as neighbors have been just wonderful. I would highly recommend The Cove to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I’ve been meaning to write a review since the day I applied, but I wanted to give it some time to ensure everything was as good as it seemed. Now, I’m pleased to share my experience for anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, and clean living environment. If you value a management team that respects your space, always greets you with a smile, and meets all your needs, then this is the place for you. KEEP READING. I’ve been a resident at The Cove for almost 6 months now. As a very particular person who values cleanliness and privacy, I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived for my viewing at The Cove. My tour guide, Evan, was incredibly polite, understanding, and informative. He had answers to all my questions, and the application process was smooth and efficient. Despite calling him multiple times that day, Evan always made me feel like he genuinely enjoyed helping me. When I moved in with new furniture arriving on different dates, Evan went above and beyond to ensure my move went smoothly. His dedication and helpfulness were truly exceptional, reflecting his outstanding character. Karen, the other manager, has also been wonderful. She is very kind and attentive, always making sure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. She’s truly a sweetheart! She has had to deal with my VERY particular wants and needs (I can be very particular and needy), with a smile and pleasure. I simply adore the both of these people. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool is always clean and so nice to simply look at. The workout room is always peaceful, catering to all needs for any type of workout. The clubhouse is beautiful and perfect for any event. The valet trash service is great for someone like me who hates taking out my own trash. I also really like that only residents are able to park here, which makes me feel safe. After signing my lease, I have continued to experience the same high level of service and care. Living here has been a blessing, and I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a luxurious and accommodating living experience. --- I hope this helps!
