I lived at The Cove for 15 months and highly recommend this complex. The location can’t be beat. Karen and Evan were always very helpful and quick to respond to emails. They provided a variety of fun community activities. Any (minor) maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly. As with living in a shared community- other residents could be loud or rude in shared spaces, but living on the top floor rarely did I face unwanted noise or other disruptions.

This has been the best moving experience of my life. The moment I began my inquiry about The Cove, Karen Upchurch and Evan Hockensmith made the entire process very easy, from pictures to updates, and my walk through! Karen and Evan are very compassionate, friendly, personable and highly professional employees here at The Cove. I really do and did value their help! I am loving the entire vibe here at The Cove from the clubhouse to my apartment. It is beautiful here and everyone I have met as neighbors have been just wonderful. I would highly recommend The Cove to anyone looking for a new place to live!
