Laurens way is a wonderful place to live at. The office people are very nice and friendly they don’t bother you at all. Also the maintenance people are very nice and friendly, I would give all of them an A+ in my book.

Becoming a new citizen to Raleigh North Carolina, i was living with family members to save up for a place of my own!! I started my own cleaning business and only been in business for a year, so I was a bit nervous for anyone to accept self-employment due to my business only being up for a year!! So for my search of apartments, I went to several in the Knightdale area. Laurens Way was my last stop, was hesitant due to the fact other apartments Was either too high or very Strict, especially for guest!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt so welcomed as if they wanted me to join the community Mark i think is his name the manager of the property!!! I absolutely love that guy very very very professional and welcoming. Never had any issues with my apartment Maintenance response very quickly and they are very reasonable people free parking, and neighbors are extremely nice. I feel safe and secure, knowing that they do their best to stay on top of anything that may disrupt your living I could write a book on why you should stay here. It’s my first apartment in Raleigh North Carolina if you are a single mom, mom or just single-family living I suggest this place they even are associated with Flex rent to help you manage how you pay your rent I absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone, thanks guys. I’m loving my home.
