Love living here. I have to say out of all the managers that I have dealt with in the past, Kelsey has been amazing. She is very kind, understanding and very attuned with the needs of the tenants that she works with to help them in the best way that she can, in whatever situation they are in to find a solution. Kelsey is not only an amazing manager, but an amazing human being. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
I've lived at Eagle Ridge since November of 2022 and have never had any issues until last month; one of the brackets broke on my kitchen drawers. I put in a maintenance request and Pauly with maintenance was very responsive and got me fixed up in 5 min!!
We moved here from Eagle Crossing Townhomes. We can not thank Kelsey and the team enough for a smooth transition. Our maintenance guy Pauly is fantastic! He came and fixed our hinges on the door to the garage and a few other things in 15 minutes or less. He was super friendly and I appreciated he called to let me know he was coming and asked if it was a good time. I just can’t say enough about the staff here.
Amelia and Kelsey are truly too good for this world. Best customer service experience since the pandemic.
On separate occasions, both have been super helpful walking me through the application process and patient with my questions over the course of the week. They were very reassuring of my inquiries and transparent of the unit's history, details, fees, and other responsibilities of the tenant (as well as some helpful insight to some of the leasing agreements and accordances). With all my questions neither one ever made me feel like I was bothersome.
I'm REALLY looking forward to our tour together next month - this team has truly made me feel like A PERSON, and actually guided me to a unit that they believed would fit my best interests, expectations AND budget (we all know important that $ is right now).
As an applicant and to those who are also inquiring, never feel like you can't ask them a question and take those notes!!

Amelia, Paulie, and Kelsey are just truly the best! My husband and I were in a pinch last July to find a home for us and our son, they helped us find the perfect unit! Paulie was always quick with any maintenance request we had or just minor questions we had about paint, blinds, sink issues, etc! We have moved out as my husband and I found a house to buy, and Amelia helped us with the process to put in our 60 day notice, helped give us the check list for cleaning, and scheduling when we could turn in our keys. We don’t have any complaints!

I have to separate these reviews. First Kelsey. Our family had to move back from out of the Country and Kelsey took our family by the hand and walked us through every step of the process. The Country we were coming from did not have the greatest internet connectivity. It didn’t matter. Kelsey was patient, kind and very accommodating making sure that, even though we were renting sight unseen, every picture we asked for and description she sent was exactly what was delivered. When my wife became ill, she was compassionate, when issues arose, she was quick with a resolution. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eagle Ridge because of Kelsey and the way she handles herself professionally and with great courtesy.
Second part of this review has to do with Pauly. Pauly , as I understand it, is in charge of “maintenance and facilities”. From the moment I met Pauly, he was genuine. Over the past two years my family experienced some medical issues which didn’t align with some of the scheduled maintenance that Eagle Ridge had planned. I had a conversation with Pauly and we worked out a plan. Now, through other life experiences, Pauly is another Brother. If he needs me, he calls, I will be there. Thanks, Pauly for looking out for my family when you didn’t have to. Not just a maintenance man but a really good dude.

We loved everything in our home, the neighbors, and the management!! Especially after our other apartments, the brand new houses and nice neighbors were perfect. We had an issue after moving in when the new grass was put in where bugs came with it, but Pauly and Kelsey was out every day treating the grass and the inside of the house and started professional treatments for it immediately and kept them coming until it was done. They even called us afterwards to make sure we were good after talking about transferring to a house up the road, and talked to us about how to prevent that sort of thing on our side and sent a whole list of tips AND dropped of supplies for us to use if we needed them. That was the only issue and it was annoying but we were so happy they were on top of it!!! Especially after other places not doing the bare minimum, Kesley and Pauly went above and beyond!!! They are always SO friendly and understanding and always want to talk through things and make sure they're doing the best thing for everybody involved, and make sure it happens. There's another review that says they can't say enough nice things about the staff, and we agree! Now our house is ready I'm seriously going to cry when we leave!! We've never been treated better and hope everyone at Eagle Ridge takes care!! We're going to miss y'all!
