I have lived at Guidry Row over three years. Safety is extremely important to me and this property is as safe as you can get in Lafayette. Gated community with working cameras everywhere. Local managment, maintenance and ownership. Ownership does not hide from residents which is refreshing.

Best apartment complex in Lafayette! The property is kept clean and all maintenance or any apartment issues are solved quickly! I’ve been here a couple years and don’t plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon!
