Guidry Row Apartment Homes has one UNFURNISHED downstairs unit coming available October 2025. All of our units are 2BR/2BA luxury apartments, with many amenities including updated bathrooms, new paint throughout, all hardwood floors (NO carpet) and a washer & dryer in every unit. LUS Fiber is our internet provider, and trash and sewer and water are included with rent. Guidry Row Apartment Homes is a small, quiet, still-new complex. This is not an "apartment complex"; rather, it is a neighborly condo-like/apartment community. It is owner-managed, and has responsive and hands-on management. Guidry Row has security cameras, gated access, speed bumps and on-site management. It is also centrally located in Lafayette--a short-drive to Target, Rouses, Costco, Whole Foods and more!

I have lived at Guidry Row over three years. Safety is extremely important to me and this property is as safe as you can get in Lafayette. Gated community with working cameras everywhere. Local managment, maintenance and ownership. Ownership does not hide from residents which is refreshing.

Best apartment complex in Lafayette! The property is kept clean and all maintenance or any apartment issues are solved quickly! I’ve been here a couple years and don’t plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon!
