We will have lived here for 24 years this July and that in it's self should indicate we like it here, no love it here. You can't find a more convenient location I-480, I-71and Hopkins Airport all with in a mile. We are literally surrounded by the Cleveland Metro Parks including three of their golf courses and a riding stable. Biking, hiking, picnicking and fishing all within a quarter mile, The Property Managers run a great complex and have over all the years we have been here. The maintenance staff is first rate and can virtually take care of any problem you may encounter promptly. The property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. The complex sits on top of a hill above the Rocky River surrounded by woods. A peaceful place to enjoy nature and catch sight of natures delights. Every apartment with their own private entrance and laundry facilities. I have often been asked by guests if these are condo's. I look at them as similar to English Garden Apartments. A pleasant community area with work out equipment and a very nice outdoor pool and pool area. So many great things about Parkridge Apartments a place I,m proud to call Home.
