Basement is unfinished but there is a washer and dryer that may be used by guests. Garage features a garage for tailgating. This space is shared between both sides of the duplex. No parking is permitted in the garage. Each side of the duplex gets one parking space in the driveway for their stay. Parking on the street overnight or in the lawn of the yard will result in a ticket and/or tow from the city of Green Bay. Guest access Traffic is quite heavy during game days and street parking can be a real challenge so we recommend arriving the day before a game if your plans will allow. There is room for one car to park in the driveway included in this rental. There is a keypad on the front door for entry upon arrival for contactless check in. Other things to note In an effort to keep our cleaning fee low, please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil or paper products.
