Beautiful Apartment campus located only 3 block from U campus/football stadium. Close to trax/bus and other public transportation. Most are 4 bedroom units with budget options starting at $475, $525-550 for medium rooms, $575-675 for rooms with floor to ceiling windows and shared balcony. We have all girl and all guy units. Coined laundry on-site. Plenty room for bikes and more. Street parking, only the $675 room can apply for parking. Mostly college students or people who work near U. Text us for tour. No Pets Allowed
