Roma management has been amazing to me! I was working with Erin one on one and she has been reliable, understanding and flexible about my situation. She always picked up the phone when I answered and was so prompt! She and the owner helped me get approved for a studio and genuinely wanted to help me out as a human being. It was very refreshing considering most these rental companies in Bellingham don’t have the best reputation. Roma management are REAL AUTHENTIC people who want to help. I met Emma in the office as well, she was so sweet and kind and scanned my paper work to put in my application right away. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with them and felt listened to understood by them. Thank you Roma!

Very pleased with our application and move in process through Roma! A simple, easy, and fast process where we felt valued and supported. The ladies in the office that helped us; (Erin, Becki, and Emma) were so incredibly kind and efficient. I’ve had all my questions answered and these folks truly care about their residents’ experiences. Very happy with our new property management. I highly recommend Roma Property Management!
