Great staff and comfortable environment. The leasing staff is always full of energy and ready to help with any problems or concerns. The maintenance staff completes work orders in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to lend a hand. Management is very professional and handles situations accordingly. Lakeview community is one of the few places where you feel “like home”. The young office team are very friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance team. For me it is a beautiful place, with its lake, where you can fish or go to relax. It is also perfect with all the amenities it has, especially for young people. The only thing I can complain about is the noise, but I understand that it is a more youthful place, but in general is a great place.
