Melissa Smith is a real slum lord apartment manger. I've talked to several neighbors at this complex and they all say the same thing, "it's impossible to get into actual contact with Melissa". She will email you all day, but won't return your calls. She didn't even both to appear in person when I first moved in, she did the whole process from home over an ipad. Really her job could just be done by AI at this point. If you have no choice but to move in here, just know that you will have to do your own maintenance if you want it done in a reasonable time frame. Unless your apartment is under water or on fire, they do not care what situation you are in. If you have an issue after hours on a Friday, good luck.
