I had a wonderful stay at this apartment building! From the very beginning, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and inviting place to call home during my stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and universities(WSU and Gonzaga). I appreciated the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. The building amenities, such as the fitness center, common areas with free coffee, and outdoor fireplace were well-maintained and added to the overall appeal of my stay. The security measures in place made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. Lastly, I must commend the responsive and attentive management team. I also appreciate the free cookie Friday and different events planned by the management team. They were quick to address any questions or concerns I had, which enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay. It's a top-notch choice for both short-term and long-term accommodations. I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.
