Katie is the apartment manager here and she does a great job, friendly, understanding of your needs, and they do their best to resolve everyone's needs. Some of their maintenance guys have not been that reliable in fixing things though so if you're interested and experienced, I'm sure they will need better maintenance people. There are washers/dryers, a pool, pool table, small workout area, and fun events every month that residents can join in. Cross Lakes are the best apartments in Anderson I believe, and hope they stay that way.

I would rate this apartment complex a ten+ if I could. I've been living out here in Cross Lakes for almost 7 yrs. I absolutely LOVE it out here, I feel safe. The complex is very clean, wonderful neighbors. Katie and her staff are awesome, Katie is actually the manager who accepted my application for residency. I have no plans to move anywhere else.
