Our 1 and two-bedroom apartment homes offer abundant outdoor living space that includes a large patio area perfect for sipping your morning coffee. Our two bedrooms include a second large patio off the living area that includes a spiral staircase leading to your personal roof patio/deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Spacious apartments with high ceilings, custom built-in office, fireplace, granite counters, stainless appliances, and hardwood flooring. Comes with AC, a washer/dryer. We are located in the heart of the Riviera Village, where you can walk/drive/bike to shops, dining and even the beach! You will receive two assigned parking spaces and storage which is in our subterranean garage.
