I have no words to express the treatment I had at the time I was almost 3 year and never want to look back. The on-site manager is horrible and any interaction she was unprofessional, I have emails and photos and so much more but it’s good enough for me that I got out of there. It almost felt like she was a warden to a prison, sad thing is we were paying tenants and she used bullying and aggravation to get people to be scared enough not to deal with her. My son and I suffered extreme anxiety it we had to make a Maintenance free quest for happen to have any kind of interaction with her whatsoever. She had publicly shamed and yelled at my son and I over nothing and would try to drag her feet for repairs and then blame them on us, she let the grounds go quickly. The pool hasn’t worked in months. I wouldn’t have recommend this complex to an enemy, it’s that bad, no one she have to feel that way at a home they pay for. I have a file a nice thick I will be having a layer look at. I still haven’t got my deposit and I am sure if it’s anything like the past dealing I should expect her to screw me.
