It's a private setting close to town, shopping, the library and approximately. Frost free refrigerators, garbage disposals, and electric ranges are provided and heat, water, trash, and sewer are included. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance service and apartments have open floor plans with vaulted ceilings, private entrances front and back with private patios. The property manager's office is on site as well as coin-operated laundry facilities, personal mailboxes with outgoing mail. Our community rooms offer cable television, various community activities, annual BBQ, and holiday potluck. This property also features a community garden with a great community atmosphere and has public transportation available. This property is subsidized for very low to moderate income households. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income, with sensitivity towards medical expenses to help reduce rent payments for those who qualify.
