I have lived here a little over 7 yrs. At first I thought I could only stay 2 months. 😅bc it is so tiny. But you get used to it. But real reason for the review, is for our newest Onsite manager. Her name is Mo! She has been the best since the original owners sold it. She is kind, profesional, communicative, approachable. We are lucky to have her here, before the onsite manager, was quite the opposite, giving 3 day eviction notices for falsifying information she got from other tenants about parking a second vehicle, on site that was not mine, and even getting my car towed even though I had my permit parking, etc… Made living here a bit stressful, but I like this place bc of its location and its view of the harbor. It’s a little hidden gem.
