What a fantastic place! The location is unbeatable, the finishes are terrific, the lobby is top notch and a wonderful manager, William, on site who really takes care of the building. Try the coffee in the lobby and say Hello to William and the wonderful team -- you wont be disappointed! Definitely the best place to live in Falls Church. I cannot say how grateful I am for William and all of his help. He really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were satisfied.
I had an amazing virtual tour with Nada at Modera Founders Row. She showed me everything the community has to offer, and her sense of humor made the experience even better! Despite the laughs, she was also super professional and made sure I felt confident in all the details. Nada made the process enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend working with her!
Nada was awesome! She gave us a very detailed tour of the property, answered all of our questions, and helped us find apartments that fit our wants and price range! While I can't speak to the experience living here, Nada did an excellent job showing us what Modera has to offer. Very good customer service, highly recommend.

I had a pleasant tour here recently and the staff were wonderful. Even though they were very busy with many tours, tenants and other folks that needed help, the leasing agents were super nice, attentive, helpful and kind. The building has plenty of parking for future residents and current residents. The location is very ideal in falls church and the amenities in were impressive. I really enjoyed the large office spaces, and the two-level gym. They’ve got many seating options if you choose to wfh here but don’t want to be in your apartment all day. I will reconsider as I get closer to needing a new place :).
So my husband and I just moved out yesterday after two years in the building. We were some of the first residents when the building officially opened. The staff is incredible. Everyone from the front desk staff, Will (the manager) and the janitorial staff are helpful and kind. They work to create a great sense of community. People in the building are wonderful and it is very pet friendly. The amenities (particularly the gym) are fantastic and of course the apartments are stunning. I loved our gas stove and hardwood floors. While our jobs are taking us overseas we will always look back fondly on our time at Modera Founders Row and all the wonderful people who helped make this place home...and if you're searching for an apartment, a great corner unit two bedroom two bathroom with a balcony just opened up ;)

This was my first apartment and I was extremely happy with my choice! I was one of first residents to move in so everything was brand new. I stayed for 2 years and would have loved to stay even longer. I decided to move in with my significant other and needed more space. The units are beautiful, common spaces are clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and resident parking had a great set up (cheap price too for the surrounding area $80 for one car). Close proximity to everything you need. I had my heart set on another complex, however immediately after touring Modera Founders Row I was ready to apply. William, the leasing consultant, did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Very knowledgeable and made the move in process a breeze. The hand written note and housewarming gift bag solidified this was the right choice.
I just moved into VERSO and it's awessome. My apartment is spacious with an open floorplan. I have a big kitchen with an island, upgraded appliances, and wine cooler! Nice bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, large bathroom. And, I love having a balcony. There is a fully-equipped gym, club room, and secure garage parking in the buliding. Plus, all the activities you want in an active-adult community. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific. It's close to Tyson's Corner, I66 & I495 and Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Giant & Harris Teeter are all close by. The best are all the restaurants that are walking distance. So glad I made the decision to move here!

I really loved living here. The residents both on the Verso and Modera side were polite, respectful, and everyone had mentioned that they enjoyed living here in some capacity. The staff, especially William, were all wonderful and courteous.
The free lobby coffee and incredible gym were, both on their own, reasons enough to move there. The upper floors were very quiet and furnishings were top notch. Maintenance staff replaced air filters and made sure hallways were clean and odor free at all times. Wall sound insulation between rooms were great, however there was quite a bit of construction outside during my stay, and the windows did a great job of keeping the street noise and most of the construction noise in check. Communications with staff and billing through the portal was stress-free and transparent in the breakdown.
There were quite a few fire alarm tests during the construction period, but the promotional rate of a free month helped considerably to compensate for the situation. Now there are several cute restaurants and cafes in the area, and it has become even more desirable to live there. The complex is adjacent to the W&OD trail and it's a short walk to the Falls Church Farmers Market. The parking garage, although paid, is covered and secured, and has several EV chargers to use.
If I ever need an apartment in the area the future, Modera FR would be my first pick to return to.
