This place is amazing. They have the BEST management team out there!! Most property/leasing managers are just looking to make a profit and get their budget up, but the employees at DLP truly care about their residents and do everything in their power to make sure everyone is taken care of. They truly go above and beyond way more than anything I’ve ever experienced. It is also a very cozy/peaceful place to live with great amenities! I love the property. I would leave 10 stars if I could!!! 10000% worth it to live here! Emily and Kim are truly phenomenal!!!

I moved 10 years ago. Location and size was perfect for me. I won't lie there were issues in the past but over the past 5 years it has become I believe the best apartment complex in the city. It has to be good place because I am quite hard to please. I truly suggest you take a look at this complex before making any decision.
