Great gated community! Very pleasant and safe to walk around. For a newer complex, the flooring is already peeling off way more than it should. Trash area is always overflowing. Stairs are a pain especially when you have a lot of groceries and large packages. Gym is large, nice and modern. Garage is nice. Location is near a lot of shopping and restaurants.

First of all, the property is gorgeous! From the moment I started the process of working with this team, they have been amazing. Alicia was my first point of contact and she was extremely helpful. Very knowledgable, personable, and won't waste your time. She showed me multiple units and broke everything down in a way that was not only concise but detailed as well. Grant also helped assist in my move in/ lease signing process and he was great as well! You can tell they go above and beyond to help their tenants and take pride in the property/community as a whole. I am so glad I decided to sign my lease here!
