Dirty garbage area, with rodents. Entry gate always broken. You get warnings if your kids are playing outside. Part of the roofs are falling, then left for a week before being picked up. Low dirt walkways next to sidewalk, tripping hazard. Racist managers are hired. All windows shake on windy days and nights, also leak on rainy days.
