Just a short walk from Central Grounds and the Corner, Jack Jouett offers unbeatable access to student life, dining, and entertainment—without compromising on comfort or style. Two City of Charlottesville on-street parking permits are guaranteed per apartment. This property is pet friendly with a one-time non-refundable pet fee (if applicable). A $165 monthly utility fee will be charged for Ting fiber internet, water/sewer, trash, and gas for the fireplace. Tenants are responsible for setting up electricity. The $750 security deposit is due within 30 days of lease signing. A $600 nonrefundable restoration fee will be due on the lease start date. All square footage and room measurements are approximate.
