Everything seems to be new, but internet is super slow and shuts downs frequently; no elevator, so good luck with lifting heavy stuff to the upper levels; walls are thin and the whole building is literally shaking if someone slams the door. The good thing is AC, big windows and new kitchen appliances. They also provide security alarm system for each apartment per request. But WiFi is killing me... Update: They tow cars, and don’t warn you that you have to update parking pass. You magically supposed to know that in August you have to update your parking pass otherwise you will be towed. If you request maintenance they will charge you at least $85, which in most of the complexes is free of charge. Despite entrance doors being locked, Amazon packages tend to disappear.

Mold, bugs, smelly, noisy, no parking (they will tow your car even if it has valid parking lol) Do not even consider living here. Like ever.
