They quickly replaced the piece for my dishwasher bcuz a part had melted I've had this dishwasher for years so hopefully they'll change out the whole dishwasher and replace it with a brand new one if happens again or it just isn't helping anymore their good about making sure everything works and if needs to be replace their pretty fast at getting a new one put in for the resident anyhow yes I'm very happy with the service from the maintenance team and also Kandice the manager here she's been nothing short as a fantastic Manger I would say she is my top 3 of managers we've had here I've been here for 16 yrs once June of 2024 hits it'll be exactly 16 years anyhow thank u everyone that's on the maintenance team and the manager I feel right at home here and don't plan on moving anytime soon

I have never lived in an apartment and honestly never wanted to. However I was saving to buy a home. I knew of the complex several years back as a friend use to live there. Since then, a new owner purchased the place. WOW!!! It is a complete turn around! The units are amazing and updated, not mention huge!! The floors, appliances, lighting, everything is updated! They dont look that big from the outside. The apartment manager Felicia is probably the best manager I've ever met. I have 3 little kids, and she always kept an eye out for them. She does an excellent job of picking the right occupants. On top of this the owner is doing more updates/additions. You can tell the owner and Felicia want to make it a very nice place/home and are doing an excellent job. If I ever needed a place to go to I would go back there in a heart beat. Thank you Felicia for everything!!
