I have zero complaints about 200 West! The staff is friendly and management is always accommodating and helpful. The lobby and hallways are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled same day. The amenities are an extra bonus including the pool, gym, deck/grill area, balcony, parking garage, and more. 200 West is a great place to call home!!

200 West is an excellent place to live. The apartment staff work hard to keep the building and apartments up to date. Maintenance staff is helpful and quick with my maintenance requests being worked on the next day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they work hard to keep all the common areas clean. I love that there are so many things to do in the building with the pool, game room, fitness center and activties that are hosted for residents. It's also an excellent location that is close to shopping with easy access to the major freeways. I have lived here for years and continue to be pleased with my experience.
