All apartments are over 930 square feet with a very open layout and come fully loaded with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave and a full size washer/dryer. The primary bedroom comes with a private bathroom and large closet. The guest bedroom is just as spacious and includes an extra deep closet. The kitchen has a marvelous layout with energy star appliances, beautiful dark wood and plenty of shelving to help keep you organized that opens directly into an oversized living room with access to the breakfast bar. This unit will include hardwood floors and beautiful carpet throughout, as well as W/D. In addition to the apartment, our super cozy clubhouse is perfect for renting out for any special event with an enormous fireplace and plenty of seating. A fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day to our tenants. In the summer months, enjoy our award winning sparkling pool. The Brassy Cove Apartments also offer a dog park, grassy community area with benches, a basketball court and an adventurous play port! There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $65 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent. $10 monthly HVAC filter fee will be due in addition to rent. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $350 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date. All HomeRiver Group residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95/month which includes a convenient option for renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
